The company treated us with great respect and afforded us plenty of time with no'hard sales'pitch.The features of the beds were clearly explained in a friendly manner.The delivery and installation were carried out without a hitch by Bill and Elijah.Again they explained everything in a relaxed and professional  manner.

We purchased a King Split Adjustable bed and have been sleeping comfortably since! The service was excellent, they delivered, set-up new bed and took away the old one. I purchased a Queen size adjustable bed with a split memory foam mattress (so my husband and I could adjust our sides differently as we wished) and it's been a game-changer for our sleep. Luisa did a great job in explaining how the bed worked and letting me pay a small deposit to hold the bed and keep it in their warehouse while I was waiting for my new home to be ready. During that time, I was never pressured to hurry up and get the bed. Admittedly I was not expecting to only get the bed a year later, but I wanted to move into my new home and have the bed installed there. They were very patient with me in the process.

In the meantime, Norm was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions over txt. On the day of installation, Norm and Bill arrived exactly on time and did a quick job. Bill introduced me to their split sheets which I bought - great “would you like fries with that” upsell skills from Bill! LOL I paid the remainder owing on the bed on the day of installation.

The adjustable feature is a game-changer. With just a press of a button, we can elevate the head and foot of the bed to find the perfect position for reading, watching TV, or simply lounging in bed.

One of my favorite features is the built-in light underneath the bed. It's a subtle yet practical addition. It provides gentle illumination for those late-night trips to the bathroom without disturbing my husband.

Also, the availability of the split mattress is a fantastic option. My husband and I can adjust our sides of the bed independently, and the split sheets make it easy to maintain our individual comfort preferences.
