These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, quotes, delivery, installation, demonstrations and website use arranged through Mattress Point. They replace any older terms on this website that may have referred to another business.

1. About Mattress Point

In these terms, “Mattress Point”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Mattress Point Pty Ltd, ABN 17 626 183 702, ACN 626 183 702, the business operating this website.

2. Quotes, Prices and Product Information

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise. Website prices, product availability, promotions and delivery charges may change without notice before an order is confirmed.

Product descriptions, images, mattress-feel descriptions, dimensions, features and availability are provided as general information. Please confirm the exact model, size, mattress feel, colour, inclusions, delivery requirements and total price before placing an order.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is accepted when Mattress Point confirms the order and any required deposit or payment has been received. The deposit, balance due date and payment method should be confirmed in writing on the quote, invoice or order confirmation.

Special-order products, non-standard sizes and items ordered specifically for a customer may have different payment, cancellation or return conditions. These conditions should be confirmed before payment is made.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Please contact Mattress Point as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If goods have already been ordered, prepared, dispatched, delivered or installed, cancellation fees, delivery fees, re-delivery fees, collection fees or supplier charges may apply, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Delivery, Access and Installation

Delivery times are estimates only unless Mattress Point confirms otherwise in writing. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the agreed timeframe, but delivery may be affected by supplier delays, traffic, weather, access issues or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and safe, reasonable access to the room where the product will be placed. Please advise us before delivery if there are stairs, lifts, narrow hallways, steep driveways, parking restrictions, building rules or other access limitations.

Additional charges may apply if delivery or installation cannot be completed because of incorrect information, unsafe access, missed appointments or access restrictions that were not disclosed before delivery.

6. In-Home Demonstrations

In-home demonstrations may be available by appointment in selected areas. Demonstration availability depends on location, scheduling, product availability and safe access. A demonstration is intended to help customers compare comfort, size, adjustment features and suitability; it is not medical advice.

7. Mattress Feel, Suitability and Comfort

Mattress feel is subjective. Soft, medium and firm descriptions are general guides only and may feel different depending on body weight, sleeping position, base type, bedding and personal preference.

Any comfort guarantee, exchange option or trial arrangement only applies if it is expressly offered in writing by Mattress Point for the relevant product or promotion. Conditions may include time limits, proof of purchase, hygiene requirements, mattress-protector use, product condition and delivery or collection charges.

8. Health, Mobility and Care Needs

Adjustable beds may assist with comfort, positioning and ease of use, but they are not medical devices unless clearly stated by the manufacturer. Product information on this website is not a substitute for medical, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy or other professional advice.

If you are buying for a medical condition, disability, recovery, aged-care support or transfer assistance, please seek advice from a suitably qualified health professional before purchasing.

9. Warranties

Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods, inclusions and exclusions can vary by product and manufacturer. Please keep your proof of purchase and follow the manufacturer’s care, use and maintenance instructions.

Warranty cover may not apply to damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorised repairs, unsuitable environment, normal wear and tear, stains, soiling, moisture damage or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, refund, repair, compensation or other remedy where required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

11. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries about Mattress Point products and services. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, copy content for commercial use without permission, or submit false or misleading information.

12. Errors and Updates

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and current, but errors or omissions may occur. Mattress Point may correct website content, product details, availability, prices, promotions and these terms at any time.
